Do you want to take full advantage of our site by completing your visit with a taste discovery? La Cantine de l’Aquascope offers homemade meals prepared with farm, local and organic products in a bucolic setting.
The menu changes with the seasons, from spring onwards, with rustic suggestions made with wild plants: nettle quiche, wild garlic pesto, chocolate fondant with meadowsweet and other delights from Mother Nature… Vegetarians are not forgotten: we pay particular attention to plant-based cuisine, promoting seasonal vegetables, cereals and legumes.
